Most towns dream of being the dining destination that WH has grown into; the town should do everything it can to promote this status, not clamp down on it.

Just as our town begins to become a true destination and bring in business from other towns and even other states in some instances; The town decides to make an obsurd and completely moronic and ignorant decision to “close down” even earlier. Outside dining and hanging out is probably the single most successful thing in virtually every city that keeps it a happening place. So why not shut that down in West Hartford so the town becomes less desireable and more like a ghost town like Hartford is. How stupid can this towns officials actually be. A good thing, why not just shut it down. Hey, thats a great idea, lets make sure people enjoy our town less. After all, if people are having a good time lets just elminate it. Why should people enjoy being outside and have a good time when you can ban them from doing so. Perhaps we should just ban, dogs, children, how about just close all the resteraunts altogether so we all just stay home and inside altogether. Idiots!!!!!
