Is a Hotel in West Hartford’s Future?

Soon you might be meeting at the West Hartford Raddison, the West Hartford Residence Inn or maybe the West Hartford Hilton.

Rob Rowlson, Director of Community Services, was the guest speaker at a recent Chamber of Commerce Business Meeting. He told attendees at least four hotel developers have been talking to town officials about bringing a facility to town.

America East Tournament to Bring Economic Boost to West Hartford

Next weekend’s America East Tournament to be hosted at the University of Harford will bring a much needed multi-million dollar economic boost to West Hartford and the Greater Hartford region. And it costs the university nothing to throw the party. Revenue generated from ticket sales, hot dogs and souvenirs should more than cover the bill.

The fun begins Thursday, March 4th and continues through the weekend.
