The Board of Education will be reviewing a recent survey that revealed students at some West Hartford schools feel drugs and bullying are a major problem. The Board considers these matters 'cultural' issues and will be hearing a presentation as to how to address it. The Board is also expected to discuss the racial imbalances at two West Hartford elementary schools.
