The Pooch Plunge Raises Money for a West Hartford Dog Park

It's a swim teacher's worst nightmare – a pool full of doggy-paddlers. But at the annual "Pooch Plunge" at Kennedy Park in West Harford these canines get a pass on learning the stokes. The event helps raise money for the West Hartford Dog Park coalition.
